I have given a target price of 18-22 in previous message 15 days back. Now after Unitech has given 4 Th qtr profit of just 2 crore which is highly below expectation & global & Indian market sinking at its worst I have revised my target to 10-15 for buying. At this level I feel little risk in it or the risk/reward ratio at this level is too low....

dear Guest, In mumbai almost all projects are on halt and nobody is in position to deliver even after 2 years what they have promised. There should not be any question if Unitech is delivering in after one year time....

: sulthanqatarYes, I would buy UNITECH. It is just not that I beleive Motilal Oswal or Sukhani or Geojit or Tulsian. These guys from time to time come with different stoeis. When they say the price will go up it would go just the opposit ! What I strongly believe is that UNITECH is good company but given the present market conditions the prices may not appreciate much for the time being. But it will go up in the long run. Once (in 2008) it was traded at Rs 538 but it was during the real estate bubble and that bubble had already vanished into thin air and the prices nose dived to the bottom. UNITECH prices will go up in the long run....
