in fact the promoters have announced buyback till the price Rs. 88. this anouncement was made 2-3 months back. SO I think the company is doing well and promoters have full confidence in company. Do not spread rumors. Sellers at this price (around 55) will be losers in long term....

dear sir,
Praj is into design and fsbrication of ethanol distillation plants. Etahnol is mainly manufactured by sugar companies as they have raw material molasses, which is a by product in the process of sugar prodcution. In India, the market for alcohol production is saturated and no new pants is being erected. So, praj has no domestic market. it surviving on foriegn orders. Q4 results may be good but after that the comapny amy show poor performance. This is due to drying of orderbook from foriegn countries....
