Anna hazare and team is responsible for failure to have Lokpal. stage would have been set by now to ammend powers to lokpal if we knew draw backs in lokpal act and practical experience. The crezy wall team has spoiled all the efforts of establishing lokpal, waste of two years time. We lived two year with out Lokpal bill just because of Anna team and rouge eliments who missguided people....
