To ELIMINATE TAX LIABILITY to ZERO,you need to Invest
Rs.40000/- in Provident FUND( if member of EPF)and GOOD Tax Saving MUTUAL Fund like CANARA Robeco EQUITY Tax Saver Fund.

You have taken the WORST POLICY of TATA-AIG. I view this Policy as ATTEMPTING FINANCIAL SUICIDE ( VERY VERY POOR RETURNS )..
You should Discontinue Paying Further Premium although you may have to FORGO FULL Premium Paid Already.
If you have Dependents / Loan / Other Liabilities, Term Insurance
( Without Return of Premium ) is THE BEST OPTION.
Invest Rs.3000-4000 per Month in GOOD EQUITY / Balance Mutual Funds like :
- HDFC Balance Fund
- HDFc Prudence Fund
- UTI Wealth Builder fund
- UTI Opportunities Fund
- HDFC EQUITY Fund
- IDFC Premier Equity Fund
If you Invest Rs.4000 P.M. for next 30 years & if these Funds Grow @ 15% per year ( CAGR ), your Fund Value will be over Rs.2 Crores after 30 years.

Hi sir, I am 26 yrs old and unmarried. I took a insurance plan of Tata AIG Life Maha Life Gold of Rs:50000. I paid the First installment of 25,000 and in this June 2012 I should pay the balance 25,000.Can you please tell me is this beneficial to me for my future or I should prefer to take other insurance by cancelling this.If I should cancel then can you please suggest me with some insurance policies or something where I can invest which will get me minimum benefits for my family....
